PY-001 Poka Yoka Flex Casing Guard™ is designed to greatly improve the three-step process of casing bead, backer rod, and caulk at terminations within stucco and adhered stone veneer systems. This is achieved by using a built-in flexible strip for a straight and uniform spacing around windows, doors, and all other locations where a standard casing bead would be required. This flexible spacing strip allows consistent installation of compliant sealant isolation joints per industry standards including ASTM C1193 'Standard Guide for Use of Joint Sealants'.
Finish
The finish on all PY-001 Poka Yoka Flex Casing Guard™ is compatible with standard galvanized metal lathing and paint finishes.
Testing and Compliance:
